VPK (Vaccine.pk) and Vaccination Centre are apps for parents to view and manage their children’s vaccination schedules, book vaccinations, and receive reminders from their vaccination clinic. Both apps work the same way and share this policy. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operators of Vaccine.pk and Vaccination Centre.

Your clinic or doctor normally enters most of this information when they register your child. You can also provide some of it yourself in the app.
We do not show advertising in the apps, and we do not use advertising or third-party analytics tracking tools.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data sent between the apps and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to records is limited to your account and to the clinic that looks after your child. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to fix problems when we find them.
Vaccination records are medical records, so we keep them for as long as your clinic needs them to care for your child, and for as long as the law requires. If you ask us to delete your information (see section 7), we will delete or anonymise what we are able to, and tell you if we must keep any of it and why.
The apps are for parents and guardians, not for children. We hold information about children only because a parent, guardian or clinic has registered them for vaccination services. We do not knowingly allow children to create their own accounts.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will also tell you in the app or by message.
